A couple of times now, I've died and reloaded my last save, only to find that I'm naked in a field in the middle of nowhere, with a chest full of stuff and a naked shopkeeper next to me.

(I've nicknamed this the 'Atlantic City Bug'.)

Sometimes, if I try to load a game from the title screen, nothing happens and the game just stays on the title screen.

So...uh...has anyone else gotten this? (I'm not using the UAP. I know I should have started with it, but I didn't hear about it until a long way into the game.)

well i just started feeling a lot better about the fact that my save game makes all of my friends attack me. this is hilarious

I'm not gonna lie to you. I think the only way around this is unofficial patches and mods on a new run through. Never played it without them myself

Alright, thanks. Luckily, I managed to work around this enough to finish the game -- when I start a new playthrough, I'll use the patches.

YES! This happened to me. So weird. My characters were gone and replaced by two dudes in tidy-whitties with a chest in the middle of a field.

And the black screen thing happens to me too.

Basically, my game wont let me make any new saves. I have one or two old saves, and they work but whenever I try and progress after that and try and save - they'all load as corrupt. I also do not have the patch. Didn't know about it until I started looking into this problem. I wish I knew if this problem is a direct cause of being un-patched or not.
