I installed Arcanum on my mac with porting kit, which has a handy feauture where you can easily install most mods and patches but the high res patch seems to be an exception. First of all, Im using the 1.1a version of the patch because porting kit only installs patches or mods if they come as a .exe file (the 1.5 version works through .ini and .bat files). The problem is that while my installation seemingly worked exactly like the one described in this guide https://steamcommunity.com/app/500810/discussions/0/352792037326885504/, the changes didnt take and the game is still in its usual low resolution.
The destination folder I used was c\Program Files\GOG.com\Arcanum\Arcanum\Arcanum. Am I supposed to install the patch somewhere else?

EDIT: Probably due to my previous fucking around with the 1.5 and such a bunch of duplicate folders were created (hence Arcanum\Arcanum\Arcanum, guess I never noticed cuz the guide says theres a folder hidden inside a folder idk) and now the patch seems to be working. Now I just have to figure out the correct resolution. Ill keep this thread update should another problem come up.
