Hello,
I run Win7 and all the patches mentioned in this here forum (HQ maps, MP3 music, HQ patch).
Whenever I open the Map and press on its Scroll Button, I end up scrolling the map towards the South-East. Period.
Of course, that makes it impossible to get a good look at the region in which I find myself, just like it makes it impossible to set Way Points (unless I want to go to the South-East).
This is a glitch I didn't have before installing the patched mentioned above.
The Up, Down, Left and Right arrows still work though.
