I asked Virgil to leave group to make room for Magnus outside the Schulyer's house. He says he'll meditate there waiting for my return. I went in, killed the Schulyers and came out but he was gone.

I tried to look around for him in Tarant, but couldn't find him. I went back to Crash site, and Shrouded hills and looked around but couldn't find him. Anybody knows where he goes after you asked him to leave? I know Magnus will go back to stand in front of the house when you do so, and I know Sogg Mead Mug will go to the nearest bar. I have no idea where to get Virgil back again.

I believe Virgil is supposed to go back to the Crash Site if enough time has passed. You might have shown up at the Crash Site before the timer of "traveling time" has happened? I don't know if it works like that actually, but I would wait a while in Shrouded Hills and then head back to the Crash Site and check again. I am fairly certain he is supposed to be there.
