Hey so i like the game, but random encounters outright ruins experience related to walking anywhere long distance and make anything after tarant painful to play

However fear no more!
i finally discovered how to make this game at least 15% better

After installing Arcanum Patch you need to take shortcut
right click it and select properties
and use custom command -norandom

Right after exe location or in own respective box depends on the OS

This is not a cheat in my book as i do not edit the game files nor i do not use console commands
i just change laungh options of my game to improve it
