Installed the High Resolution Patch but it makes the game crash immediately. What i have I done wrong? I extracted the Highres folder to the game directory and set my resolution the ran install.bat. Now the game won't even start.

Try rolling back to the last game update before the hotfix. It seems like that messed everything up.

Did you installed the highres textures too?

It did work after installing the unofficial patch however the scrolling is very slow and not smooth at all. Applying the high resolution patch using the last official patch never worked. Nope. Do I have to? Now the obvious problem is the scrolling other than that it's working fine.
