Installed the unoffical patch (With widescreen patch) and my screen messes up after scrolling up/down and and the graphics go mostly bad with some green pixels and such and it clears up temporarily when a character walks through it or if I pause and unpause.

Try disabling hardware acceleration:

- Edit the file config.ini, in the HighRes folder, and change Renderer = 1 to Renderer = 0

- Run the file _install.bat, in that same folder, to apply the changes to the game

- Try the game again
