Hi y'all, me again. :) Getting close to the end of my first run on Arcanum, and it's been great. So now, I'm in Tulla, trying to get the ghost of Pelojian to talk to me. I therefore have to get into the four buildings and do whatever. Problem is, I can't get in. I haven't tried the "normal" way by stepping on all the little symbols, because I don't roll like that and want to do things my way, if possible. As I understand it, you can also pick the locks on the doors.

Well, this doesn't work...neither me nor Virgil can unlock them with the pick lock skill, and casting Unlocking Cantrip has no effect. In fact, I cast it on one of the doors, which was labeled as "locked," which then became labeled as "unlocked," but still would not open. I have also tried casting Disintegrate on them, to no effect. Any ideas? Or should I just go ahead and waste time running all over Tulla stepping on things? :P

If I recall from the brief research I did when I was at that spot, stepping on the symbols is the only manner of unlocking the doors unfortunately. I suppose it makes sense for a magic-focused society to have doors resistant to conventional means of unloxking. Still a pain though...
You can't pick locks on that doors. You can only unlock them by solving the puzzle.
