Hi,

everytime i try to change the resolution to a 16:9 or 16:10 mode the game crashes to the desktop.

Has anyone a solution for this problem?

Don't use those modes.

Seriously, the widescreen support in these games is not true widescreen; it just stretches the normal 4:3 resolution horizontally so everything looks warped. The game will look much better if you just used fixed aspect ratio scaling and run one of the "standard" 4:3 resolutions.

I just installed Aquanox 2 tonight and choose 1920x1200. looks wonderful and no problems at all. Doesn;'t looked warped or stretched at all.

It's even worse for me! I cannot choose any resolution above 1024x768. 1280x720 works but is warped. Any higher resolutions crash the game, including normal 4:3 ones like 1600x1200.

same problem here! can´t play in 1920x1080! game crashes

I can play just fine in 1920 x 1080 with all the eye candy turned on :)

Running Windows 7 X64 with a AMD 6870 video card.
