I doubt it being such an old game, but i really want to try doing a spell casting run but it takes forever to cast a single spell.

Is there anyway to speed up spell casting? I'm not adverse to moding the game if need be. Just something to make it faster.

I only know that the more points you spend on a particular discipline of magic (e.g. flesh for healing) the faster your character will draw the symbols of that discipline. More points in power will also increase the drawing speed I believe. I don't think it has any impact on the animations themselves, though.
