Guess you saw it on GOG's Facebook or Twitter page, eh? ;)
Watched it a couple of days ago, quite impressive stuff.

Nope, ...german Games Mag "Gamestar" had it onto its website.
And I thought, it could be of interest for some people here.

Remarkable! So there's people in their redaction who know games from before 2000? Yeah, I really hate that mag. :P

Yeah, I know what you mean ;)

It's sad to see this (once really fantastic) Mag as a mere shadow of its own nowadays.
You should have known it in its early days - when it was the best german Games Mag.
(it really was)

I DID know it in the early years and indeed, it was better back then but frankly, in retrospect I feel like there's never been a single good German gaming mag. Compared to British and Polish mags the German gaming press has always been pretty bad.

Well, on that I cannot comment, because I never read any english or polish Gaming Mags. Those weren't available on german store shelves ;)

Actually I usually bought the EDGE in German kiosks with international press and I even bought the CD-Action in stores in Germany that offer Polish products. I guess you don't know Polish but there's no excuse for not reading EDGE. ^^

Dzien dobry (or is it dobry dzien?) is the only polish I know.
And EDGE...nope...never seen that in the stores.
But I don't live in a big city, so that could be the cause.
A few weeks ago I had to learn, that my whole region (!) was not considered 'worthy' to buy a new edition of a classic Mag from my youth. Only the real big Metropoles and agglomerations have been supplied.

That's life.
