There it is $8.99, and I am assuming more money would go towards the game creator.
I want to support GOG too, of course, but since the 15th anniversary edition is an indie game, and the author is selling it cheaper, I wanted to share what I know. :)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the metaboli version has some light DRM that requires you to be online in order to activate the installation.

And (unlike GOG's version) it's apparently missing bonus material (like "Making of" video and developer's diary).
Honestly - this game is a diamond - it shows what gaming could have been.
You should buy both versions - and it still will be too cheap.

This version has an activations limit, I have this but to free myself I just got the GoG version too.
Eric deserves my money, anyway :P

I purchased this game from the official site, but yeah...I had to get it from GOG, as well, since it doesn't have the activation limit.

I may very well be wrong but I remember gogs cut coming up in threads before. I don't remember if it was official but I think gog only take 20% or something like that.

Metaboli is probably the most disgustingly intrusive, nasty piece of DRM junk ever. Another World is an awesome game but there is no way I would do business with Metaboli ever again.
GOG = good guys. Metaboli = Satan. Do not buy the Metaboli version.
I am so happy that this game is available on GOG.

The game is at -50% this weekend on DotEmu, so that's 4.95 €... still not -50% of the GoG price, but worth the deal if you live in Euro zone

the game is 30 euro's now...

and besides...the game is on sale right now for 5 dollars, which is unbeatable value :)
