Just finished getting Hephaetus and now in Lounge on Sender Station to go to Limbus. However when I tried to leave Fatima won't let me, she says I have to talk to the party and get a game plan. I have talked to everyone and she won't let me out...what the heck!

I have talked to everyone in the room many times, added Democratus and try to leave with all different members...

Bump because I'm having the same problem right now.

Update:
Well, I have "solved" the problem by activating the debug mode (Ctrl+Shift+F10), entering the debug console and inputting "noclip". That way, won't activate the trigger and if you stand right by or rather in the door, you will be send to the Commons when you turn off noclip by entering the code again.
The trigger for Fatima talking to you is still there when you come back and you will have to repeat the steps above to get out again, so it's more of a workaround.
