Whenever I try to start an 'Internet Game' with a friend I get an 'invalid box ID' error when registering (after leaving the Box ID form blank). Is deathmatch the only available option or have I overlooked where to find this number which would normally appear on the jewel case?

You need to request a CD key from here (select multiplayer key request from the drop down menu)

I have the same problem....I dont find any ID SERIAL NUMBER to play online
