I just bought the game but all the cutscenes arent dislayed, instead you get a black screen and you can hear the cutscene

Set alone4.exe compatibility mode to Windows 98/Me or Windows 2000. Also, set alone4.exe and launch.exe to Run as Admin. Worked for me :)

What worked for me personally was changing the resolution in the launcher to 1280 x 1024

That made them play for me.

I still can't get the cutscenes to work after trying all the fixes. The game runs great from what I played (wasn't much though since I've been trying to figure out this ordeal with the cutscenes). I know I can play the game and watch the cutscenes from the folder or online, but what is the fun in that? Still, it may be my only option. I am using AMD Windows 10 64-bit
