Can't seem to download this game again. Tried downloading other games, and all my other games download fine so far. Won't download with downloader, internet explorer, or firefox. Even tried FlashGet. Get a "HTTP 500 Internal Service Error" in IE. Can someone see if it's just me before I contact support. (Or advise?)

Nope, same problem here. Just purchased this yesterday and can't download. Have tried contacting support, but haven't gotten any response.

I downloaded it a couple of days ago, just tested then and I also can't get it. Guess somebody accidently locked the file or moved it or something (I got no error message so can't say what).

Hope you have better luck than me. I've sent in 2 tickets over 3 days and haven't gotten so much as a reply. This was the first game I ever purchased here and I have to say this is a bad way to start. I'll keep trying to be patient, but would be nice to actually download this or at least have them respond.

having the exact same problem. I've tried using my browser and the downloader and it just crashes every time I try to download it. I wanted to do a LP of this for my channel for upcoming Halloween and this is a real pisser.

I am sure they will sort this out quickly, once they notice the problem (which should be soon with the complaints in their inbox).

Same problem here.
I bought it yesterday and no download.
i hope they will fix because i am afraid to buy other games from them until this is fixed.
