Aliens versus Predator Classic 2000 is available natively on linux, source code is available too.
So I can expect AvP on linux?

Gold Edition was ported to Linux but I don't think anything like that happened or is planned to happen for Classic 2000.

Maybe you can add the files from the Linux port to Classic 2000 and see if it works. Link here: http://icculus.org/avp/files/

I don't understand why GOG don't include the linux support. Any problem with Icculus?

Still no Linux support here, but could anyone answer the question, if the game may actually run properly with Linux/Wine?

A little bit late...but yes, I finished the predator campaign in wine without any problem.
