I think AS:2:Reloaded with its skeleton system (no armor/weapon skills) just might allow it to be possible.

Can you be One Punch Man? (obviously you can not, the skill doesn't advance far enough for that, but the build just might be viable)

Did it on easy, but could not finish the last (optional) boss on medium. I'm not sure why.

Things made harder by the fact implants are entirely random, and very limited, thus finding a good one (70+ HP, Speed, possibly additional STR for even more HP) is entirely luck-based, limiting your chances of success.
