No, there's no music, supposedly a design decision to create a certain alien world ambient. It didn't really bother me.

Open SPOTIFY or YOUTUBE MUSIC.
Lower the sound so that it doesn't mute the game's sound effects.
Run Alien Rampage and have fun.
