Going by the title screen Humble Bundle has the most recent version.
The versions on Steam tend to have some serious issues. Those being that Alan Wake consistently crashes after the Remedy intro and American Nightmare will only run the first time without crashing.
The GOG and Humble Bundle versions of Alan Wake give me an error after exiting the game.
