Since I generally do not buy unfinished games, the question arises for me about the final release? Doesn't have to be exact to the day, but a quarter with a year would be a good thing.

In general, the game looks good and I like it for now.
Hope for a good control, I play with mouse and keyboard usually.
Besides, I would find a German translation good, because my English is rather broken.

However, in early access I do not like to play. I need a finished game.

It's not a definitive answer, but on Steam, the devs have shared a roadmap which gives an indication of their plans. Apparently they're currently still on track with it, so far at least.
