They claim upfront that they have a 30 day money back garuntee but it is a lie.
Once they have your money they will never give it back, they will not give you any support.
They got some software somewhere, and are cheating people all over the world.
Run away as fast as you can from these criminals.

I'm not sure whether something didn't work for you or you just misunderstood GOG's refund policy, but I can assure you GOG isn't a scam. Their support has helped me get many a game working and on occasion given me a refund. If you ever come back and tell us what the problem is plenty of people will try and help you.

Sorry to say this but what you're saying is false. I had several times technical issues on various games, and each time support tried their best to help me to solve things or at least improve the situation.
And when things weren't possible to improve/to be solved, they gave me the occasion to have a refund.
The only "bad" thing that may happens is that support can be, sometimes, slow (but it's understandable : they don't have an infinite number of people).
But there is support, and refund policy.

My experience has been completely the opposite. I've returned two games in the past, and I hadn't any problem.

I agree with you. Couldn't get anything to work properly and they don't give you your money back. Said they'll give me in store credit - didn't get that either. I feel I got robbed or they stole from me. CRIMINAL is the key word. Cancelled my credit card after they stole from me.

Wish I had seen this 3 years ago; so many broken games and no way to get refunded due to non-existent support. I have learned my lesson and will never buy another game from such a blatantly dishonest company.
