it seems the HP bars for buildings and other things are broken. i was just playing and started constructing a building then saw an hp bar off to the lower right of the building in question and when i pressed the arrow keys to move the camera the hp bar also moved as if it was part of the background graphics.
somehow, certain graphics like hp bars are no longer bound to objects properly.
i also noticed this problem when i tried to click & drag the cursor to select multiple units. the resulting square shape was also greatly off center.
