AoW1: Southern, Jyri, Daeroman, FRM Vicious, Thereunto (leaders on)

AoW2: Southern, Jyri

Either is fine, though I do prefer the first game.

Depends on a map/game size and time, but all in all I am interested in AoW1 PBEM games.

Any AoW1 game (any version/mod) provided that leaders are on.

I don't suppose either of your would be willing to sub into Xelm Plateau II or Rive of Life games, if Astro911 doesn't reappear in a few more days?

Xelm Plateau II has leaders on, but they start at level 30 with spellcasting V and bad combat stats.
River of Life has leaders off IIRC.

Anyone want to suggest a map for 4, 5 players? Maybe one with 8, 10 races, half set to AI?

I don't mind setting up a game in which I am not a player.

River of life is small enough that I'd join in, I can add a local address to access the turns but would the email wrapper accomodate?

We should have some house rules going about taking turns. I was thinking something along the lines after "x" days of turns not taken (e.g. 30 or 7 or something loose like that), the role gets put up for grabs again, and if no one takes it, the game owner opens up the file and surrenders for that race. There's at least five "current" games that were abandoned that this would fix.

Hey guys, as I've explained in my other thread, now that my wife is starting to work full-time, I'll have much more time to work on personal things including keeping up with Age of Wonders because I won't have to work so much on my own. I'm always up to a game of Age of Wonders 1.... and I'd even be open to starting out some Age of Wonders 2 PBEMs as well.

I've never played a PBEM in Age of Wonders 2 before though... so... might lose to something stupid that I didn't know about. :P

No offense, but at this point it almost seems like you're trolling with your once a month posts. Nothing wrong with not having time to play, but perhaps you should finally accept and admit it.

I have to agree Daemon, you've made a lot of posts announcing your return, but a turnlog would be the most persuasive :p

Lol, no, I refuse to admit it. I do finally have the time and trolling is definitely not the plan. Just a matter of getting myself to actually do more than sleep on my time off. :P
