proteush: I also have such problem with many GOG games on GPD Win. Where is the problem? Same games on my DELL notebook with Intel graphic do not have such problem!! so maybe some driver or what??
Sadly, the problem is caused by "native" screen resolution of GPD Win. In theory the default screen res. is 1280x720 (which by itself can cause troubles for games requiring such screen resolutions as 1024x768). However, by some reason "native" screen ratio for GPD Win is not "landscape", but "portrait", so in effect for most full-screen software GPD Win is working rather in resolution 720x1280, which causes the fact that screen is "cutted".
I didn't found reasons of why producer decided for such weird step (as well as more technical details about this issue), but the point is that all full-screen games with limited screen resolution capabilities can have those issues. It's much easier to deal with DOS games, since it's usually enough to change graphic mode from overlay to Direct3D or OpenGL (works for me in most cases). Windows games are more difficult to deal with, for them usually good solution are mentioned dgvoodoo and dxwnd. And sometimes some graphic-modifications allowing to launch game in any resolution (but it's not available for all games).
