Title says it all. The download is complete, but the installation has been stuck at 92% for at least 30 minutes now. Is this not released on GoG yet or something? I read the release time would be the same as Steam, maybe it isn't.

I had the same problem. I then paused the install, disabled my anti virus, rebooted gog galaxy and the install continued successfully after that.

I don't use any anti virus, so it probably isn't that. Thanks for the reply though. I already download twice, that's all the time I am spending on this. I already refunded, maybe I'll buy it again later. When I spend $90 on something, I really don't have any interest in troubleshooting things to make it work. I have installed many other games on GoG with no issues, what is wrong with this one?

Same problem here. I tried the reboot Galaxy thing and just got "Installation Failed."

EDIT - Never mind, after a minute that seemed to work.

Just want to note that the issue seems to be restarting GOG Galaxy rather than AV etc. If the install filles, cancel it , wait for it to delete and then restart GOG Galaxy and it works fine the next time.

I filed a bug report at Paradox, they are reviewing it.

Mine got stuck at 92 but it worked when I restarted GOG Galaxy.

I have it installed, but when i play, the game dosent save the turns. Manualy it is the same-its not working.

Shut down and restart GoG does work. Thanks. Now I have to figure out how to undo my refund of the game. I haven't ever refunded a game before.

If you've got Windows Controlled Folder access on, you need to separately allow both the Launcher and the Game executable, you should see the requests in the notification bar when you quit.

Trying to undo my refund is infuriating. GoG sends you to a support chat bot that tells you to reply to their refund confirmation email. The refund email is from a DO NOT REPLY email address, so it just gets rejected when you try to reply to it. The email says to contact support if you want to undo the refund, but gives you no email address or phone number to contact support with.

You win GoG...I'll take my money back after all.

thanks for respon. i dont quait understand how you mean that. when i try to save it write: Failed to open file. The folder may not exist, or you may not have sufficient privileges to store to this location.
