AoW4 has been updated in my GOG downloads to 106191, but the only patch I see is 102259 to 105705. Do I have to delete my old install and reinstall the newest version if I want the latest version of the game?

That will be pain, given that GOG doesn't automatically store the Pantheon save.

I am also waiting for the patch.

So to be precise:
The download for the whole game is updated to the newest version (106191) already.
But the single patches are not updated. The latest patch is to version 105705 and should also be updated to version 106191.
