I really want to play this game! I'm anxious to discover all the winks and nods it has to do with the original
ADVENTURE, one of my all time favorites on the Atari 2600. Unfortunately, until this issue is fixed, I can't.

I normally write scripts in Linux using xev and xmodmap to change the keys of games that don't have built in rebinding
but there are always the few stubborn games which this does not work for. Unfortunately, Adventure of Samsara is one.

DEVELOPERS: What's so hard about adding KEY REBINDING to your game? In 2025 this should just be a standard.

I have a somewhat abnormal key config that I use but it suits me well and all my games use it except for the few
which it almost seems like have made it a point to combat it.

(I use "/" to Jump, "." to fire, "," and "M" and then the keys about them. WSAD for move, Q , E, Z and C for R1/R2/L1/L2.)

Adding insult to injury, if I boot to Windows I can REBIND if I use AUTOHOTKEY.
Using the methods I use under LINUX I can not REBIND running the WINDOWS version with WINE or the native LINUX version, which is why I purchased the game in the first place. (For the LINUX version!)

This is a GAME BREAKER for me. PLEASE FIX! Please add in a REBIND KEYS option and do this for future games.
What's the point in not allowing users to configure controls how they want?

I hope an update comes out soon. I bought this game because of the LINUX VERSION but I CAN NOT USE IT NOW
and worse yet if I want to play it I currently have to boot into WINDOWS and run the WINDOWS version with AHK.

THANK YOU!!!

Downloaded the new update to v1.0.5, figured certainly key rebinding was added... Nope.
Still can't play this game. 8(
