Recently finished it and damn, what an ending!

It truly sucks that the trilogy won't be finished (well, maybe it will be picked up later...hopefully) since the story was quite a blast to experience and the game itself was great fun.

So what do you guys think, would you gladly accept a sequel or do you think its just better to leave the series alone?

With an ending like that u NEED a sequel no matter what. After just finishing the game for the first time, just a few months ago I was really impressed and longed for a sequel, buth when the experience sinks in.. It's not that big of a deal, this game i actually quite great but nothing that stands out, and the universe isnat really that exiting. Stil, if chair, composed of some core members from the advent rising tream, with the help from epic would reviver the series I would certainly support them.

I played the game when it came out. And I still want the sequel some 6 years later. It is almost as though BioWare played it and thought it could use some more polish and released Mass Effect.

I personally wouldn't mind the game being remade in a newer engine and then the sequels being made using the same engine. The story was by far the game's strongest suit.

Thank you guys for letting me now that the story isn't finished. It's a shame, I've wanted to buy this, but I guess there's no point when we'll never see the ending.

There's a fan page on Facebook, maybe if they reach a number high enough it could spark incentive to start a Kickstarter for the rest of the games.

I would advise to buy and play the game anyway. In my opinion the game stands for itself quite well, despite the cliffhanger ending. The particular storyline you're taking part in is actually kind of resolved within the game, the cliffhanger is more like attached on top of that.

Well that doesn't sound that bad :) thanks for the info, I will buy it later. Now it's too much games to play anyway :)
