Cursor Rising should be the name of this game, because the reticule keeps rising to the top of the screen constantly. I'm constantly battling a camera that buoys as far north as possible, does anyone know why this is happening?

I found it useful to turn the cursor sensitivity down to its minimum level in the options. Before I did that the game was nearly unplayable because the game was too sensitive to mouse movement.

You should try changing the cursor sensitivity to see if that helps. Its been awhile since I played this, so the option I am referring to may go by another name than the one I am using.

Found out that it was because I had my 360 controller plugged in.

I had this issue but I have no game controllers at all, so I want to add that I had to deactivate my bluetooth dongle to resolve.
