Hi, I cant find a possibility in any menu to change Text language to German language. When I start the language changer in the game folder it only shows French and Englisch as options. After the update ( downloaded from GOG ) the game Version shows 1.120. Shouldn't it be 1.134 ??

Ok, I could apply the patch correctly by reinstalling the game and start the patch with the "run as admin..." command.
The language selector now works with showing all languages, too.
Seems I was too fast with this post. - Problem is solved.
