Hey hey!
I just recently bought this game and I had a problem even getting the game to run.
Long story short: I noticed I had neglected to configure the video-settings properly via "VisionaireConfigurationTool.exe" to my proper resolution. Apparently, (for me on windows 7 64bit)), if I had the standard 640 res with "full screen" elected the game wouldnt run. I increased it to my standard 1920 and it ran smoothly with no probs.
Anyways, thats how it was for me. Hope it helps in case you have problems starting the game.
