I found a solution to the problem where the title screen stutters at the exact moment the ship crashes in to the planet! You just need to buy a better CPU :) because it is an incredibly CPU intensive moment (better GPU won't resolve it)

this game is practically a cpu benchmark. 100% in every loading screen :/
