Is anyone else having an issue where the game doesn't seem to consistently have the DLC installed?

After reinstalling the entire game and the DLC just be to absolutely sure I start the game and there's Snatcher offering me the Death Wish mode but the map won't open and when I go to the Seal the Deal level room I can't activate it, it just takes me to the store page. I restarted the game and suddenly everything is working fine so I decide to try the first Death Wish contract. After numerous tries I finally complete all the objectives and when the game takes me back to the ship suddenly the DLC is missing again. No Snatcher, no bonus level (the door is open but it doesn't teleport me anywhere), nothing but the usual "go to the store page".

I restart the game by exiting out of it completely and launching it again and suddenly everything is back to normal (thankfully the game kept track of my Death Wish progress). Anyone else having this?

Having similar issues, exiting to the main menu deactivates it but quitting to desktop and restarting causes no problems.

I did the following:

Backed up my save file
Uninstalled the game, deleted the game dir, wiped out anything left in the registry.
Reinstalled using the updated installers

And my game doesn't seem to have the problem nearly as often.

Didn't work for me. I was in game all of 5 minutes and after returning to the hub world the DLC was gone again (I can tell as soon as the loading screen pops up and the Seal the Deal banner is missing).

EDIT: Correction, I think its worse. Now I can't ever go back to the hub without losing the DLC and having to relaunch. Once I enter a world I either stay there or quit the game. Even having gotten this DLC for free this is honestly becoming a massive disappointment.

There have been 2 updates in the meantime. I had the same issue and upgraded to 1.02. So far it seems good.

It's still doing it even with version 1.04.

Edit: After installing and running the game though GOG galaxy, the DLC seems to stay activated.

I'm also having this issue, and it can even pop up in game.

Seems to have only started occurring after I completed the third objective of the first Death Wish. It's super-annoying.

I'm still running into this issue. Patch 1.07 has improved it, but the DLC still seems to deactivate any time I complete a Death Wish.

Everything suggests that to activate the content of the DLC, GOG Galaxy must be executed at least once. Personally I do not like this

It activates fine for me when I first load up the game and I don't have Galaxy installed. The problem is I can only do one "thing" (time piece or Deathrun) and as soon as I exit out of it, the game treats it as though I don't have the DLC installed.

Fortunately, any progress made is saved, so at least I can use the DLC but it's a major pain in the ass having to exit to desktop and load back in after every freaking level.

I'm having the same issues. Sometimes the DLC will stay,but sometimes it goes away. I also screwed myself because of this with the cruise ship time rift and the relics I need to collect. For me, all the relics changed into rift tokens but one. Apparently, if the DLC is'off', relics change into rift tokens. Now I can't complete the game anymore, which is dissappointing.

I can confirm, that in my case, the content of DLC worked. But as long as I had GOG Galaxy activated. At the time of closing, the content of DLC disappeared

Here's something from the 1.09 patch notes (see image), now does it mean anything for the problem in the GOG version which doesn't use a internet connection but has the same issue.
