Can this game run well on my PC at fullscreen and a decent resolution?

My specs:

Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU N3530 @2.16GHz 2.17GHz
RAM: 4,00 GB
OS:Windows 10 x64

AHIT requires a a minimum 3.0Ghz Processor. I wouldn't risk it unless you can get a new one.
