Did anyone try running this game on a modern PC ?
unless it has a set up screen prior to launch I'd say it is screwed! I'd launch it base config and then beef up the settings that work. and use Compatibility Mode(although that hardly ever does anything and is just a superficial fake command bridge push button joke MS puts on newer windows)
I'd suggest also disabling "Ransomware protection" in "defender" a common issue with Windows 10/11 that usually fixes most games problems that are older than 2015
