Anyone know where the saved games are for 1849? When my game updated to gold edition my saved games seemed to disappear and I wanted to check manually but I couldn't find any information as to where the saves were.

After doing some searching elsewhere I found the path for the original saves:
Users\(yourusername)\appdata\Roaming\com.somasim.fortynine\localstore\

savefile-ca-autosave.data and savefile-ca-story.data

The new gold version appears to use a similar path:
Users\(yourusername)\appdata\Roaming\com.somasim.fortyninegold\localstore\

same file names

From what I can tell the original 1849 save files appear to be compatible with the gold version of the game.
