GOG is a leading global games marketplace, generating $50M in annual revenue with millions of monthly active users. With over 7,000 products in our catalog, we house the largest collection of classic games and maintain a significant presence in indie, AA, and AAA games. As part of the CD Projekt Group (publicly listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange: CDR:WSE), creators of the acclaimed Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher series, we are on a mission to make games last forever by helping people across generations fall in love with games.

We are seeking a Senior/Principal Product Designer to craft compelling user experiences for our gamers and publishers, driving our future innovation and success.

  • Plan, conduct, and synthesize various user research methods (e.g., usability studies, A/B testing, focus groups, surveys) to deeply understand our users and inform the business.
  • Helping to translate business requirements into user stories: designing wireframes, screens, and interactive prototypes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create and implement the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
  • Continuously innovate on our user experience across the organization and maintain high design standards.

  • Experience in working closely with Product Managers and Engineers at all stages of the design process, from initial analysis, workshops, sketches, ideas, and concepts through to user research, prototyping, and the final delivery of designs
  • Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive design strategies that align with business goals and enhance the overall user experience
  • Strong presentation, storytelling, and collaboration skills, with excellent English proficiency.
  • Ability to mentor junior designers and contribute to a positive design culture.
