WORLD OF HORROR

Saving the game deletes your spells, removes your equipment, and permanently gives you -1 health and -1 sanity. Playing an entire run without saving is not very long but for those needing to save for whatever reason It's zero fun. Give me a "true" save system,please. Game is nice but that save system is bad /:

It doesn't look like much and is in development, but is a unique, fun horror investigation RPG type game

I have this game on Steam, it's been ages between updates, and frankly, the gameplay is way too random to enjoy. Random things randomly happen to you (mostly jumpscares), there is no narration or interesting characters, it's like the gamebooks of old. Gets old very fast, there is very little sense of actual discovery or progress. It tries hard to be stylish, but ends up just being shallow.

Being a fan of old graphical adventure games, choose your own adventure books and classic horror in general: this seemed like a good bet. However, I had a few problems: the design, the reading of some of the text and the aspect ratio. I found the interface to be confusing at first, not quite understanding how to navigate the combat. Options to change the font would be a nice addition and I tried to make this full screen; but like; have the screen went missing. I may buy it again, when it's a little more developed. I couldn't get into it though

Game won't even open on MacOS. If I try to launch through Galaxy it just fails, if I try to launch directly from Applications it says World of Horror is damaged and prompts me to move it to trash. Really disappointed. Will update my review when the game gets fixed.
