Each bird extends a chain of powerful combinations in one of your habitats. Each habitat focuses on a key aspect of the growth of your preserves.
In Wingspan up to 5 players compete to build up their nature preserves in a limited number of turns. Each beautiful bird that you add to your preserve makes you better at laying eggs, drawing cards, or gathering food. Many of the 170 unique birds have powers that echo real life: your hawks will hunt, your pelicans will fish, and your geese will form a flock.

Wingspan is a serene, blissful, drop-dead gorgeous digital board game. While its turn-based engine-building gameplay may not be for everyone, it's the ideal game to unwind with alongside a mug of cocoa after a long day. Multiple play modes make this a great purchase for players of any age that enjoy strategy and a healthy dose of animal facts.

awesome, chill, but complex game
I like the beautiful art, the soundtrack, the noises of the birds and all love the game got from the devs. I did not play the boardgame but heard good things about it. So my girlfriend bought this computer game for me, so that we can play coop together or against each other on my laptop (game barely needs any ressources). The game is quiiiiite complex at the beginning, but after a few sessions the complexity is drastically reduced. Try it. P.S.: every multiplayer funcionality, every link and so on works on gog perfectly(even without galaxy -> all linux users)
