Weird West: Definitive Edition

Barely any voice acting, in a western game, voiced NPC-s would add to the atmosphere. Inventory system is horrible. Weapons are bad, revolver has bigger damage output, than a rifle. Farming money is so slow makes me quit. Allied and enemy A.I. is horrible

I'd call this game "Bethesda in a good way". It's kinda buggy, combat is clunky and kinda unsatisfying, AI is bad and the crime system doesn't really work. On the other hand, it has many ambitious systems, you can throw fire on the grass and see it burn,catch fire and extinguish it rolling over. You can blow up many things, burn roots, jump across roofs and steal many things. The story is really good too; tho the concept of using many characters doesn't really work as I expected. Overall, I'd recommend it, if only because there's nothing like it.

having played it briefly on console, it had a bit of a learning curve to get going, restarting on pc it has been much easier to get into, solid story, lots of extra quests and encounters, you just have to search them out.

I'm not that far in it, but It's neat! I dislike the art style~ but the combat ain't bad. There's also a surprising amount of mechanics layered on the game, which i wasn't expecting. I personally find the Weird west as a genre a little jarring but I really like the developers and you can see their footprint on the game with the phsysics.

still super early in the game but it is very fun. it's the vibe of the world that does it for me.
