You are afraid. You are forced to hide. Those who served you till recently have suddenly turned against you. Now they hunt you. They’ve kidnapped your friends and family. You have no idea where they are or what's become of them. There is nothing you can do about it. Your only option is to hide, surviving with no hope, not understanding what’s going on around you. You are an outcast, an outlaw, because you are human.

Humankind has disappeared. Robots rule the Earth now. In The Uncertain: Last Quiet Day we saw an inventor robot named RT join a small group of like-minded machines trying to help the few surviving humans.

The protagonist of Light At The End is one of these survivors—a girl named Emily. Help Emily discover the real reason behind humanity's disappearance. Was it an AI gone rogue or something else altogether?

Not bad but not perfect.

This game has a nice story, but it is short (for me 4 hours) and it not give answers what happened in the past. :-( unfortunately it"s really buggy, lots of sound gliches (sometimes no sound at all) and some freezeing. All in all it could be good game with a little more work. I liked it.

Nice but ruined by poor controls

Game is some average puzzles linked together by cutscenes. Viewing angle at times is awful and you get stuck on scenery. Some nice addons with the magazines and even a pipboy but generally underwhelming.

A nice looking sci fi adventure game

brilliant game pretty much a sci-fi version of the walking dead. few bugs but nothing that would spoil the game also if I could change anything about it, it would be better with a bit more action with the robots and more free-roaming. I give it a 4/5

Good

This game follow the previous title "The Uncertain : Last Quiet Day" were you had the robot perspective. This time you're in a small group trying to survive the situation and find a way out, the human pov. Graphics are well done but the facial animation could be better. Fortunately the voice acting nailed it to imerse you in the conversation. The game and dialogue are slow and even running can be seen as a "fast walk". Riddles are the keys to this game, you will encourter various of them progressing the story. Some are intuitive, other not and i had trouble with the control knowing which key to use. Thanks god you ca skip every riddles if you want by pressing one key. I liked this option allowing to unstuck the player who just want to progress in the story. If you like the first game go for it. If you don't like game with a slow rythm and no fight don't buy it.

Great potential, but flawed execution

Ths game is full of good ideas and there was clearly much work done on world building and design. Each level feels credible even though the graphical flaws (aliasing and shadows are terrible even with VSR and max settings) and the story plays simple and relevant. Unfortuntly, the rythm is jagged, animation is poor and doesn't let characters being engaging, and more globally the scenery (it's a narrative game, so yes, scenery is key) suffers questionnable choixes in execution (very bad puzzles that should just have been cut, many micro-cutscenes that weren't necessary...) Still waiting for the next installment, the project itself has much potential
