Doesn't work on recent Debian/Ubuntu etc

This game doesn't work on recent Debian-based distributions. It needs 32-bit libpng 1.2, which is not distributed for some time in default repos and the game doesn't bundle this library. I compiled it on my own and then the game works fine, but out of the box, you can't run it. I created a bug report at GOG, but they straightly refused to fix it, since I run Debian, discarding the fact that libpng 1.2 is not available on Ubuntu as well and Ubuntu is based on Debian. That's why one star - in default configuration, I can't run this game.

A masterpiece sidescroller

I had to get trine 2 from steam originally, but I'm definitely going to be purchasing the gog DRM free version soon! Trine 2 is simply amazing, and in my opinion a game that is a must play. It has fantastic art, an unbelievable physics engine, extremely fun and addictive gameplay, and lots of thought provoking puzzles. My only complaint is that there isn't more to play.

Absolutely wonderful co-op game...

My kids are playing this beautifully crafted game on our home cinema with a pair of old controllers, and they are having a great time. Trine 2 works nicely in co-op mode, has gorgeous graphics and works perfectly on our mid-range notebook. Absolutely recommended.

As close to PERFECT as you can ever get

My wife, me, and my 6 year old son, each at their own computer, playing the game in 3-player cooperative mode. And again, and again, and again. We can't get enough of it. "Just one more level!" my wife says, and then, 2 hours and 4 levels later, someone says "We should really start making lunch, it's getting dark outside..." :-) Get this, get as many copies as you can -- you won't be disappointed.

Not "complete"

Game in itself is okay, but it is not "complete" since you now can buy soundtrack & artbook seperately. Please calling something "complete" when it clearly is not "complete".
