Lovely little tavern management with lots of possibilities and progression at your own pace. I will probably update this review once I get more hours in it.

I've played this game for almost 26 hours, and I've really enjoyed my time with it. The gameplay pulled me in completely, and it was easy to lose track of time as I brewed beers, cooked food, customized my tavern and character, and served my guests. I love the fantasy setting, and the options for developing both your character and the tavern make for a fun experience. I encountered very few issues while playing, so I'd say it's a really solid product. At this point, I've leveled my tavern's reputation to the current max, unlocked everything in the various tech trees, and fully customized my character with earned experience points, so I'm looking forward to the planned future additions to the game! Hopefully those will be available soon!

In this game, managing your tavern will keep you busy, but won't overwhelm you, as soon as you get the hang of what's important for your customers. New game mechanics and tutorials are introduced as you gain experience levels (or "reputation milestones" as they are called in the game), giving you the time to familiarize with new concepts. Later on, the possibility to hire staff to automate repetitive chores will let you focus on more creative endeavors, like cooking and brewing drinks. Also, the game feels robust enough for a in-development product; so far I've encountered just a couple of harmless glitches.

The is a lovely little management game that allow you to set your own pace and has a very pleasant, cozy feel. It's relaxing to play and not overly grindy. I think the crafting tree could use a bit of refinement - there are an almost endless variety of combinations that can be made, which is fun at first but then sort of becomes mildly irritating to manage as more and more combinations are added. It's offset by a nice feel, and you the fact that you don't HAVE to make a ridiculous number of combinations if you don't have to.
