Nicely Done, but polishing is needed.

If I can, I'll update this when patches come out. Overall good, but still needs some adjusting and polish in areas. The main thing that's holding me back from giving a higher rating right now is the visual bugs. Last Revelation is mostly fine but there is at least one instance of a door on a roof in the Cairo section being partly in the floor in the remastered graphics. Only on Remastered graphics, OG graphics, the door is properly aligned). Chronicles has several instances of texture misalignment, mostly in Ireland and VCI Headquarters. Ireland has every speaking character that isn't Lara have face and head texture misalignment (head upside-down/sidway or eyes and mouth not moving with the rest of the face) VCI Headquarters has enemy bodies take the texture of the city background outside of the level when they fade away a good 50% of the time. The worst one however was the second level, near the very end, you're supposed to watch a guard to get a code when uses a keypad. Unfortunately, the graphics bug out entirely here and you can't see anything at all. Again, only present for Remastered graphics, everything is displayed properly on OG graphics. Haven't finished Angel of Darkness yet, but besides the stuff I'm sure everyone has already seen, one of the main villains has a glove that in all other releases of this game has been updated to look like a different design, but on the Gog version, looks like it did in the original release. I also had an issue with installing this game where it for whatever reason wasn't detecting part of the installation files.

Great, but needs brightness adjustment

This trilogy is of the same quality as the first trilogy, it captures the vibe of the old games well, and enhances it with remastered graphics to be enjoyable by today's standards. There is a downside to it: the remastered lighting wants to be so "realistic", that it ignores playability, and often i had to switch back to the original graphics just to see certain levers/crawl holes/ladders, because it's impossible to see, the remastered graphics are so dark.

TR IV and V remast. VI is NOT a remaster

I really enjoyed TR I - III Remastered. I have spent a lot of time with it so far, and are on the third game now. Have played trough both the first two remastered games. I have now bought the TR IV - VI Remastered too. Tried all the games a little bit so far. The forth and fifth game in the series looks like another two great remastered Tomb Raider games. BUT. There is at large dissapointment her too. The sixth game isn't really a remaster at all, the graphics looks just about as good, some text and symbols is a bit clearer but that's just about it.. BUT, the absoluttely biggest negative with the sixth game is that.. It's fps capped at it's original 60 fps! what is that? One of the most beatiful thing I liked with the five first remastered Tomb Raider games is that I am able to enjoy them at 4K resultion on a locked 120 fps/120 Hz experience. I don't think I will play the sixth "remaster" TR game because of this. The only reason that I gave this remaster four stars, is because the IV and V looks, and works just as good as the TR I - III remaster. But I have the feel that the sixth game doesn't belong here at all. At least it should be possible to run it at the monitor refreshrate. By the way. games tested, and plays great on Windows 7 64-bit in 2025!

No patch #2 yet

That´s it. It's been two weeks since patch 2 was released for all platforms, but not on GOG yet. Therefore, I cannot recommend this platform; if you are interested in purchasing the game, do it through Epic or Steam.
