Titanic: Adventure Out of Time

I love the game and you guys did a wonderful thing porting it to modern systems. I have one issue however. There seems to be a bug where if I leave the Grand Staircase through the doors thet should lead to the "Boat Deck" it takes me to the A Deck Promenade. (I'm not in the Aft Grand Staircase, I know the difference). Similarly if I am on Boat Deck and access the Grand Staircase, it correctly takes me there, but when I turn back to go to the boat deck, it jumps on the A Deck Promenade again. Not a huge issue, but may be confusing to some new players. I am running it on Windows 11 ARM insider edition through Parallels on an M1 MacBook Air, so.. maybe not the ideal testing conditions, nbut still. Thanks

FMV adventure games...either you were a PC gamer in the 90s or you won't get it

I remember this game from my childhood and it still looks amazing today. It really makes you feel as your on board the actual Titanic ship and captures the atmosphere with the music, and voice acting. If you love Titanic then you'll love this game..

The original game is a legendary classic worthy of five stars; this modern port, however, has a really awful bug that drags its rating down. In the original engine, to cope with the severe memory and speed limitations of computers of the era, the playfield resolution drastically lowers during movement animations between locations, then switches back to higher resolution static images of the various areas. In the Nightdive port provided here - which does at least make the game playable again for the first time in many, many years - this graphical system is erratic and extremely unreliable; after any given movement between waypoints it will frequently stay stuck in low-resolution instead of showing the full resolution static render. This utterly ruins the gameplay experience, as all the beautiful pre-rendered detail of the ship cannot be properly seen most of the time that it should be.
