Fantastic ARPG in unique setting
This version includes Titan Quest, the expansion Immortal Throne, and the new Anniversary Edition edits. A great single player game and even better co-op game, Titan Quest was the first "real" video game my wife played. Simple enough that she learned PC gaming and the ARPG genre with it while good enough to thrill me, a veteran gamer, there simply isn't any reason not to get TQ and try it out. Titan Quest is Grim Dawn's predecessor. The two share similar mechanics (such as two "classes" for each player to mix and match) but little else. TQ's colorful landscapes are a nice change of pace from many darker games, though TQ is never cartoony. For the parents out there, there is blood but nothing like what you find in Diablo. I do not remember any swearing. There is no nudity, and though skimpy outfits abound, they are never sexual. The tone of the game is generally light, the theme is saving the world from evil, and players help humans and fight monsters. There is no crude humor.

Superb
Absolutely marvellous! I only discovered this gem in 2017 thanks to GOG, but this is a must have. I always stepped aside from RPG games, and it all changed with Titan Quest. This is one of those games, you can get back to any time, any age. Technical execution of the game is flawless, compatibility excellent. Once you finish the game, move further with Ragnarok expansion, it's absolutely worth it.

Great game of all time
Has great story, very diverse world and is very long. Also can last for hundreds of hours. One character up to 85 level can take up to 300 hours. There can be made 36 various builds. Graphics is very pretty here, music is amazing. Physics is ahead of its time and far better than in today games. Definitely worth buying.

"Why am I doing this?"
I've put about 10 to 12 hours into Titan Quest across different platforms. After continuing to enjoy the mindless fun of Grim Dawn, I thought I'd sink a bit more time into Titan Quest. Unfortunately, my old qualms with the game remain. It's plodding, the environments are dull and relatively empty and the mobs and other enemies are uninspired. I respect the fact that this game was released at a time when ARPGs had mostly died off. So, it's an important stepping stone to some of the ones that have been released in the last five years. However, while I was playing, I kept asking myself: 'Why am I doing this?'. That's not a good place to be, so it's been shelved and uninstalled.
