I recommend this expansion to everyone who liked the base game. For a fair price you get an amazing and well written story with awesome new characters, new equipment and upgrades, and also a lot of other stuff to add more fun to the masterpiece. The CD Projekt RED team really did a great job on this expansion and I can't wait for the next one. As a customer and player, it's good to be treated with respect from a video game company seeing that every penny of my money was worth the content delivered, I loved every minute of this experience.
I'm not gonna lie, I would of bought this even if it was pure shit. I just love supporting CDProjekt RED; that being said, it actually turned out awesome. My purchase of the season pass is vindicated.
Just finished the story and (all?) sidequests. Took me about 19 hours spread out over a couple of days. The story is awesome and there are some great new (and old!) characters. Content like this is worthy of the name "expansion", and it's great to see a developer actually care. Normally I don't pre-order, but after finishing the main game I had faith that the expansions would be great. So far, I've not been disappointed and I can't wait for the Blood and Wine expansion! Keep it up!
