Not the best game, but very great
After 140 hours I finished the main quest of 'The Wild Hunt', 'Hearts of Stone' and 'Blood and Wine'. From the technical point of view, there were not such many problems. Some crashes if the Game runs too long, also the video quality fall down to a potato. As if the resolution changed from Full HD down to 640x480. After a restart, all was fine again. Not a big deal. Some small glitches and I got stock in a mudhole, but my gaming skills said, restart the game and on some magical way, Geralt appear next to the hole. All fine, no big issues. Also the game runs very well on my i5, 16 GB RAM and 1060. CD Project did a great job with the engine. Other AAA Studios got into much more problems and terrible technical states, even after years of patching. I played The Witcher 3 with my XBOX Controller. The controller settings are set well and I'm fine with it. Sometimes the game don't recognized my input, mostly during a battle. I didn't lose the fight, but it feels like "why ya dunno block if I press block?". Could also be, that I played some Souls games before and loved the more precises controller there. Some menus in the game didn't work well for me. Like selling, buying and repairing stuff. I must jump a lot between the entries. Nothing bad or something that make the game worse. Could just be better. I like that the open world is cut into peaces, so I don't get lost. Also there are many side quests, secrets and nice places to find. The Main Quests (also the DLCs) are great, funny and deep. Well written, but a bit to long, like CDPR wanted to add always more to it. Also there were some useless boring parts, which fells like stretch the game time. Didn't need it. 140h were worth of to play, but as a person in a capitalism full time job, I dunno have this time to spend. I like the soundtrack and that I could also play it in Polish language again. Also it's more an Action Adventure + RPG Elements, than a RPG Game.

This is the path for The Witcher 4
I've been playing it for over 50 hours, I haven't finished it. I really play it after The Witcher 2 and the differences are overwhelming...it's the perfect example of how to improve a videogame to extraordinary levels. I wish with all my heart that CD Projekt would make The Witcher 4 like The Witcher 3. In this day and age I know we are going to encounter things in modern societies that we wouldn't see in The Witcher 3, but I hope the company has learned from the release of Cyberpunk and gives us a good product launch but most importantly the appeal of the story, the characters...and the love for the side quests that are in The Witcher 3!!!! Please CD Projekt, make The Witcher 4 without abandoning the great scheme you did in 3. Special mention to the expansions, it's the kind of additional content that suits the game. No cosmetic dlcs or paid side quests. Please, please, please don't. And try not to put in forced stuff in the name of nothing. Stick to your own style. My sincere congratulations on The Witcher 3. It will never be forgotten.

Number one in my heart.
What can I say... The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, including both DLCs, is one of the best games I've ever played. The worst part is that since I first completed the game, no other game has been able to compete in my heart. It's as if everything else is worthless. :D To date, I have logged over 900 hours of gameplay on PC (GOG) and over 150 hours on PS4, and I will definitely play the game many more times in my lifetime. Sure, there are those who condemn the game, saying that they don't enjoy it, that it's too easy, and that it's not like Dark Souls, etc., etc. But that's okay, a thousand people, a thousand tastes. But believe me, in most cases, once you enter the world of The Witcher and get hooked, there's no turning back, and that world will consume you. You'll want to know everything, everyone, and everything about everything. A few years ago, the game received a new "Next-Gen" update, which added new content to the game and improved the graphics, but it also rapidly degraded performance on PC and introduced more bugs. Fortunately, there is still the option to set the game to the last version 1.32 before the update, which I actually prefer, but that's beside the point. In the end, it doesn't matter if you play on PC, PS4/PS5, Xbox One/X Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, version 1.32 or 4.04... It's still the same great game that every gamer and non-gamer should definitely play in their lifetime. :) PS: I actually play it many times just to meet my old "friends."
