The Vanishing of Ethan Carter

The story is not only boring, it's just terribly written. The puzzles didn't make a lot of sense at all and the game's tech performance was overall horrible. An eleven years old game stuttering that hard on a modern gaming pc? Jaysus Christ on a bike... The only good thing I can say about this title is that the voice acting was pretty alright. In conclusion: Never again!

This is the first time I played this kind of game and I was left thoroughly impressed. It is more like an experience, a look into another life than a game. The setting is beautiful, the music is perfect, the story evokes right emotions. One of the best games I have ever played, it leaves a mark.

I really enjoyed playing this game and story is A+. For such gameplay it wasn't too short. Graphics are nice even after years. The only thing I need to complain is level design, don't get me wrong, locations are beautiful but there is too much walking around without any hints if it's right direction. I experienced some bugs with light, when I got into any building or closed scene, the light was switching from lighter to darker in period of few seconds. In general this is very good interactive movie with interesting story, recommended

Walking simulator alongside with a few puzzles, some easy, some unsolvable (sniper), set in a gorgeous environment telling an interesting and totally unexpected story. Aesthetically amazing atmosphere, visuals, sounds, music.. Wish it was longer.
